In 2021, Wallace Advisory was appointed by Fife Capital to undertake the due diligence and subsequent acquisition of the $200M BGC property portfolio, comprising 39 properties across the WA, QLD, VIC and SA, including residential, industrial, and commercial assets. 56% of the portfolio was occupied with an incoming rent of $11,578,977 p.a.
Wallace Advisory’s role for this acquisition encompassed conducting due diligence, property inspections, valuations, and feasibility studies, as well as negotiating the sale contract on behalf of the Buyer. This also involved facilitating a back-to-back transaction for the sale of the residential portion of the portfolio upon successful settlement.
Following the successful acquisition, Wallace Advisory was further engaged to lead the repositioning and subdivision of an industrial super lot, the refurbishment of several smaller properties within the portfolio, and the ongoing asset management of the portfolio.
