Exciting News: Opening of Green Leaves Childcare Centre High Wycombe!

We are thrilled to announce the recent opening of Green Leaves childcare centre in the heart of High Wycombe. This state-of-the-art facility has been designed with the utmost care and attention, ensuring a nurturing environment where children can truly flourish.

 

Our team collaborated closely with Bruce Construction Design (BCD) to bring this vision to life. The result is a childcare centre that boasts modern design, innovative facilities, and engaging learning spaces tailored to meet the diverse needs of young children. Every element of the centre has been thoughtfully crafted to foster creativity, play, and social development.

Launch of new website

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse at 10 McHugh Court, Stuart QLD.

This project forms the second phase of the expansion of a portfolio of industrial projects for the Kent Relocation Group and included the design & construction of a purpose built distribution and storage facility with 1,500m2 warehouse, 175m2 office and 2,600m2 heavy duty container storage hardstand plus ancillary truck parking, carparking and landscaping.

Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
