Lakelands Tavern

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new Tavern located within the Lakelands Shopping Centre precinct on the corner of Barrine Road and Seppings Parade, Lakelands.

Featuring a restaurant and dining area, dedicated sports bar, beer garden and a drive through bottle shop, the Lakelands Tavern provides a one stop destination for food, drinks and entertainment.

Wallace PM’s role involved Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction as well as Tenancy Coordination to coordinate and oversee the integration of the Tenant’s requirements into the base build to suit their fitout.

Southern River Square Shopping Centre

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new local neighbourhood shopping centre located on Southern River Road in Southern River Western Australia.  

The Shopping Centre is anchored by a full line Coles Supermarket (circa 3,500m2) together with a liquor store, 12 specialty retail / food and beverage tenancies (circa 2250m2), 3 No pad sites, an 86 place single storey childcare and ancillary carparking, loading docks, Click and Collect facilities and high quality landscaping.

This development was vital in improving access to essential services for the local community and was instrumental in unlocking further residential development to the east of the site with the creation of a new road network around the site.

Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction to deliver the Client’s vision for the Centre.

Catalpa Business Park Subdivision

Wallace PM has been appointed Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new subdivision located in Doobarda (formerly part of Forrestdale).

The subdivision is located on the corner of Tonkin Highway and Rowley Road and forms Stage 1 of the South Forrestdale Industrial Area which is a strategic industrial hub for the City of Armadale.

Spanning 102Ha, this subdivision includes the creation of new roads, upgrades to the existing Rowley Road and provision of new services including power, water, sewer, NBN and gas.

The site is challenging due to its low lying nature and high ground water table resulting in some creative design solutions to manage drainage throughout the estate. The proximity of a recognised Resource Enhancement Wetland adds another layer of complexity as this requires protection and rehabilitation as part of the project.

Catalpa Business Park will be home to a range of industrial developments of varying nature on completion.

Whiteman Edge Village

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new local neighborhood shopping centre located on the Everglade Avenue in Brabham Western Australia. 

The Shopping Centre is anchored by a full line Coles Supermarket (circa 3,500m2) together with a Liquorland, 12 specialty retail / food and beverage tenancies (circa 2000m2), 2 No pad sites and ancillary carparking, loading docks, Click and Collect facilities and high quality landscaping. This development boasted the very first drive through Click and Collect for Coles in Western Australia.

This development was vital in improving access to essential services for the local community and stimulating economic and employment growth, as a response to the declared ‘State of Emergency’ associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.

Green Leaves Early Learning Centre, High Wycombe

Wallace PM was appointed by the developer as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new double-storey 91-place childcare and early learning center located on the corner of Fernan Road and Kalamunda Road, High Wycombe.  

The development spans three lots with a total site area of circa 1800m2 and required the demolition of existing residential properties. The development features high-quality outdoor play areas on both the ground floor and upper level featuring unique playscapes that reflect the natural environment, providing high play and landscape value to the children.

The centre sits in the heart of a booming residential community populated by young families where the demand for high-quality childcare continues to grow.

Wallace PM were successful in obtaining Development Approval from the City of Kalamunda and undertook the procurement of the Contractor and management of the design and construction process.

Dalyellup Village

Wallace PM was appointed by the developer as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new Coles supermarket anchored shopping centre located on Portobello Road, Dalyellup, Western Australia.

The site is located in the booming residential suburb of Dalyellup and will service the local community which is approximately 10 kilometres south of Bunbury City Centre.

The shopping centre features a full-line Coles Supermarket (circa 3205m2), together with Liquorland and a food and beverage tenancy (circa 150sqm).

Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval from the Shire of Capel, tender and contract negotiations, and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.

The anticipated Practical Completion date for this project is October 2025.

Kent Removals Warehouse, Adelaide

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse at 21-23 Rosberg Road, Wingfield SA.  

This project continued the first phase of a portfolio of industrial projects for the Kent Relocation Group and included the design & construction of a purpose built distribution and storage facility with 4,176m2 warehouse, 239m2 office and ancillary heavy duty container storage hardstand, truck parking, carparking and landscaping. This development also includes integrated truck wash facilities as well as Customs and Border Security access controls.

Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.

Kent Removals Warehouse, Townsville

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse at 10 McHugh Court, Stuart QLD.

This project forms the second phase of the expansion of a portfolio of industrial projects for the Kent Relocation Group and included the design & construction of a purpose built distribution and storage facility with 1,500m2 warehouse, 175m2 office and 2,600m2 heavy duty container storage hardstand plus ancillary truck parking, carparking and landscaping.

93 Vulcan Road Industrial Warehouse

Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse speculative build at 93 Vulcan Road, Canning Vale.  

Located in a prominent position within the Canning Vale industrial park opposite Roe Highway, the development comprises a 6,500m2 warehouse and 500m2 of office and features high quality landscaping and amenities which lift and modernize the industrial park and its’ surrounds.  This marks the third greenfield development by Fife Capital since their acquisition of the BGC property portfolio in 2021.
