Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the lobby refurbishment and display suite fitout for 18 and 22 Mount Street.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the ground floor lobbies for both 18 and 22 Mount Street as well as the demolition and new fitout of a whole level in 22 Mount Street with four separate display suites of varying sizes.
Wallace PM’s role involved management of the complete fitout design, obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction
