Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the new 4WD Supa Centre Warehouse DC and Retail Showroom.
The new 4WD Supa Centre is the flagship development for Fife Capital in Canning Vale following their acquisition of the BGC property portfolio in 2021. This development required the demolition of the existing manufacturing and processing facilities and this was carried out as a Forward Works package to expedite programme.
Located in a prominent position on the corner of Bannister Road and Cook Street within the Canning Vale industrial park this development comprised a 13,000m2 DC warehouse, 9,500m2 of concrete hardstand, 2,500m2 retail showroom and 580m2 of office plus ancillary storage areas, high quality landscaping and amenities. This facility provides distribution services to all Kings stores and retail partners throughout Western Australia.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
