Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse speculative build at 7-11 Cook Street, Canning Vale.
Located in a prominent position within the Canning Vale industrial park, the development comprises a 13,500m2 warehouse and 500m2 of office and features high quality landscaping and amenities which lift and modernize the industrial park and its’ surrounds. This marks the second greenfield development by Fife Capital since their acquisition of the BGC property portfolio in 2021.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
