Wallace PM was appointed Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an office and warehouse refurbishment on Bannister Road, Canning Vale.
Featuring an expansive warehouse and two large office areas, Wallace PM worked with the Contractor to modernize the spaces and carried out extensive refurbishments and complex mechanical and electrical works.
Extensive landscaping treatments were undergone enhancing the overall appearance of the site and its presence on a busy main road.
