Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the new Collier Park Mini Golf development located in South Perth.
The new mini golf course consists of 18 holes and was modelled as a miniature version of a world class landscaped golf course. Each hole includes varying level of difficulties and the first 9 holes are universally accessible.
This project included a strong focus on sustainability and connection to Western Australia through the use of native plants and materials that can be found throughout the state.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
The project won the LIAWA 2023 Recreational Feature Award.
