Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new local neighbourhood shopping centre located on the corner of Connolly Drive and Currambine Boulevard in Currambine, Western Australia.
The Shopping Centre is anchored by a full line Coles Supermarket (circa 3,200m2) together with two (2) specialty retail / food and beverage tenancies (circa 300m2) and ancillary carparking, loading docks, drive through Click and Collect and high quality landscaping.
With challenging access to the site and the proximity of future residential and aged care lots adjacent, Wallace PM worked with the design team, Client and Local Government agencies to negotiate and implement a high quality solution that was satisfactory to all parties.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
