Wallace PM was appointed by the developer as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new Coles supermarket anchored shopping centre located on Portobello Road, Dalyellup, Western Australia.
Successfully completed and fully launched in October 2025, this modern neighbourhood shopping centre development delivers a convenient, fresh and quality retail destination to the Dalyellup area. The centre is anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket (3205m2) and complemented by Liquorland and Subway, providing essential amenities to the growing local catchment.
Wallace PM’s role involved leading the detailed design process from Development Approval followed by the contractor procurement and negotiation phases, then working alongside the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
