Wallace PM is appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new local neighborhood childcare and early learning development centre located on the corner of Dandaragan Drive and Bailey Boulevard in Dawesville, Western Australia.
The childcare centre is part of a welcomed new retail and amenities hub, anchored by Coles Supermarket. The development will address the childcare shortage in the area as the demand for quality childcare centres continues to grow throughout WA.
Despite initial opposition from the Local Government, Wallace PM worked with the design team, Client and the SDAU to ultimately negotiate a high-quality design outcome that was satisfactory to all parties, including the Local Government.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
