Wallace PM is appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new local neighborhood gym located on the corner of Dandaragan Drive and Bailey Boulevard in Dawesville, Western Australia.
The gym is part of a welcomed new retail and amenities hub, anchored by Coles Supermarket. The development will provide a high-quality fitness centre, providing a modern and safe environment for exercise for the local community.
Wallace PM worked with the design team, the Client and the SDAU to achieve development approval and have since been involved in the detailed design and Contractor procurement process.
