Wallace PM was appointed Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an office and warehouse refurbishment on Hopewell Street, Canning Vale in addition to a new 11,000 sqm concrete hardstand for the incoming tenant.
Nestled in the booming industrial sector of Canning Vale, the two-storey office and adjoining warehouse (circa 6,500 sqm) underwent a full refurbishment with landscaping improvements to the streetscape.
