Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the new Ibis Styles Hotel.
Located in a prominent position within East Perth alongside the Swan River, this development comprised 252 rooms across 16 floors along with a gym, restaurant, bar, business corner & conference rooms. The hotel was constructed using prefabricated modulars that were constructed in China and imported into Australia in order to improve the cost and time efficiencies for the project.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations, procurement and delivery of the prefabricated modulars, quality control, FF&E & IT programmes and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
This project was awarded the Most Innovative Hotel in Australia award and was the tallest modular hotel in Australia at the time of completion.
