Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse at 22 Pethard Road, Hume ACT.
This project formed part of the first phase of a portfolio of industrial projects for the Kent Relocation Group and included the design & construction of a purpose built distribution and storage facility with 3,640m2 warehouse, 235m2 office and ancillary heavy duty container storage hardstand, truck parking, carparking and landscaping. This development also includes integrated truck wash facilities as well as Customs and Border Security access controls
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
