Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of an industrial warehouse at 32 Dawson Street, East Arm NT.
This project forms the second phase of the expansion of a portfolio of industrial projects for the Kent Relocation Group and included the design & construction of a purpose built distribution and storage facility with 1,500m2 warehouse, 175m2 office and 2,200m2 heavy duty container storage hardstand plus ancillary truck parking, carparking and landscaping.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
