Wallace PM was appointed as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the refurbishment of an industrial development spanning across a land area of circa 2.H.
Located in a prominent location within the Malaga industrial area, the development consolidated existing warehouse into two separate street fronting tenancies. The scope of these works included extensive façade upgrades, vehicle movements and carpark modifications, and substantial landscaping treatments.
A new two-storey office development is featured on the Beringarra Ave façade, welcoming a new anchor tenant to Malaga, Immersive Technologies, a global manufacturer of innovative mining equipment.
