Wallace PM has been appointed by the developer as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new 15Ha warehouse and vehicle processing facility for national transport company, PrixCar.
The facility is located in a new strategic industrial node approximately 30mins south of Perth in Western Australia.
The development consists of largely hardstand to facilitate long and short term vehicle storage and transport which covers an area of circa 144,000m2 (32,500m2 of heavy duty concrete and 111,500m2 of asphalt). Transport operations are supported by a new 5,000m2 warehouse, 600m2 of office, petrol and diesel refueling bays, car wash bays (including AQIS certified quarantine bays) and electrical vehicle charging bays together with typical ancillary spaces for staff and visitor carparking and landscaping.
Wallace PM’s role involved obtaining Development Approval, Contractor procurement, contract negotiations and working with the D&C Contractor to complete the design and manage construction.
