Wallace PM has been appointed by the developer as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the new childcare and early learning centre located on the corner of Thornlie Ave and Ravenhill Road. Wallace PM were successful in obtaining Development Approval from the City of Gosnells and have since been involved in the detailed design and Contractor procurement process.
The childcare will span two lots with a total site area of circa 1700 sqm, and will accommodate 82 placements.
The development will feature a large outdoor play area wrapping around the centre, with a state-of-the-art playscape that will inspire children’s creativity and develop gross-motor skills.
Access to childcare is in high-demand in WA and this development is vital in providing an essential service to the community.
